Use our contact form to get your booking process started. We will reach out to answer your questions and can help you select the package the best meets your needs. This will serve as a consultation meeting and can be done over the phone or email.

After the initial consultation, a form will be sent to collect the player’s basic information. This will include their name, graduation year, position, jersey number, school name, club name, GPA, etc.

Once you have selected your package, a $50 non-refundable booking fee will be collected. All purchases will be complete through a secure Stripe link sent via email.

The booking fee is treated as a first payment. The $50 paid will be removed from the remainder of your balance.

Once you have confirmed your package and the deposit has been paid, a link will be sent to your email with access to a shared drive. Upload your games, clips, or skills videos to the folder within this drive. The more footage you provide, the better we can showcase your talent.

Tip: Upload your media as soon as possible. We can’t start our edits until we have received your footage!

This is an example of clips that were uploaded to a shared folder.

Upload a high quality photo in the shared folder to be featured in your introduction page. This can be an action shot or a headshot. This may be the first impression a coach has of you so make it count!

This is when you get to sit back and let us do the work. We will provide an expected completion date and follow up with any additional questions if necessary.

During this step, videos are reviewed, organized by skill, and transitions & player spotlights are added. For Elite packages, new clips will be added.

Spotlights are added to each clip for easy viewing.

A first-draft will be created and sent for your review. This version will be low quality and have watermarks, and the intention is that you provide any feedback or requests. We allow for one round of edits before the final version is sent.

Common feedback includes re-ordering your skills, adding additional information in your introduction, or removing clips that you find undesirable. There are no hard feelings and we want you to be proud of how your performance is shown!

The remaining balance is to be collected before the final video is distributed at a high quality and free of watermarks. This payment will be the total price of your package minus the booking fee that was received in step 1.

The final video will be uploaded to the shared folder in order to preserve it’s quality. Videos can be compressed and quality distorted if sent over email. This video now belongs to you and we do not believe your only option for viewing is through a YouTube link or other hosting platform.

Once you have received the link to access and download your completed videos, it is ready to send to college coaches.

At this point, you should have all of your materials gathered to start sending emails and marketing yourself as a player who wants to play collegiate ball.

The reality is that most players are not recruited by coaches who randomly watch your game and reach out to your club or HS coach. College coaches are busy and usually traveling with a list of players they want to watch and their schedules in hand. They typically have a roster with positions they know they need filled. You should be a player on this list who is easy to contact!

Some items to include in your introductory email are:

Ask us if you need guidance on contacting coaches, sharing your video, and maximizing exposure.
