We accept .mov, .mp4, and .avi. The higher quality the footage, the higher quality your highlight video. Make sure videos are sent in high quality, landscape orientation, and stationary to your court.
The express package is for athletes that have their highlights cut from film already. Rather than us watching hours of film to note your plays, we rely on you to provide us with your clips or timestamps of touches. We can determine and organize your best clips to create your video in a fraction of the time.
There are apps and services that film and cut highlights during games. Once those videos are saved and shared, they will look like the image on the left. If you film an entire game with no edits, that footage will look like the image on the right.
The service used in the example above is called Sideline HD and there are different companies that offer the same service.
There is a way! It will require more work from your end. If you only have access to your full footage, an alternative to providing individual clips is providing time stamps of your notable plays.
Sit down, get comfortable, grab a pen and paper, and turn that film on! You know your game best. Do you only set in the backrow for rotations 1-3? Jump around your footage and find your own time on the court. Write the time stamps of all your plays and when you send your footage to us, include this information. You do not need to organize each touch by type (ie. setting to right side, serving, blocking), that is where our work will begin!

Yes! Ask us all your recruiting questions and we can point you in the right direction. All recruiting efforts and contact with coaches will be driven by the athlete.
We recommend starting with your highlight and skills video, a list of colleges you are interested in contacting, and an email template that’s ready to send to coaches.
Payment is accepted through a secure Stripe link that will be sent to your email. Stripe accepts all major digital cards.
The short answer is no. We cannot access or download these videos in the format we need. Only your coach has the ability to download videos from Hudl. Refer to the link here to learn more about how your coach can provide you with your footage.
No. Adding audio can bulk up the size of the video which makes load times longer and storage harder. Music is not standard in recruiting videos and many coaches mute the sound completely. Also, uploading videos to larger platforms like YouTube with music that has been copyrighted can lead to the removal of the video altogether.
We will always recommend as soon as possible. For NCAA, student-athletes and coaches can communicate openly on June 15 after your sophomore year. For NAIA, coaches can initiate conversation at any point in the recruiting process. Plan to have your highlights, stats, skills, and any other materials ready before you reach out to coaches.
Yes! For more information, please check out our packages and process pages. Skills videos are a great compliment to your highlight video when contacting coaches.
Sending a link to access your video (YouTube, Google Drive, etc.) is a better idea than a link sent as an attachment in an email. The file size of your highlight video can be larger than what a coach can open if they are on their mobile device or if their organization pre-screens any external attachments. A link that is accessed by a click can be opened just as fast!
We want you to be proud of your finished video! Our editing process is designed for your review prior to receiving the final product.
We send a full version at a lower quality and with a watermark and we allow for one round of edits. Don’t like a shot we chose? We can delete. Want a new featured photo? We can replace. Revisions to clips with updated film can be available depending on the package you select.
