Who We are
Rally Recruits was started in 2025 by Nikayla Link.
My journey in the volleyball recruiting world began in 2016 when I made the decision to pursue college volleyball as a high school senior. I gathered film from my coach, edited my own highlight video, and wrote emails to send to coaches. By the time I was in my club season a few months later, I was a full-service recruiting professional. In March of my senior year, I had committed to attend Montana Technological University and I walked onto their volleyball team. I graduated from Montana Tech in 2021 with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and a minor in mathematics.
Playing college volleyball was the catalyst to a successful college experience and the start of my professional career as an engineer. My dream has always been to help young athletes pursue the opportunities they may not know exists.

“I’d rather regret the risks that didn’t work out than the chances I didn’t take at all.”
Simone Biles
American gymnast, 7x Olympic gold medalist, and 23x World Champion gold medalist
“The will to win is more important than the skill to win. It is possible to achieve only what you actively pursue. Cogito, ergo sum. I think, therefore I am. Keep your head high and work hard every day, because you’ll never get that day back.”
Lloy Ball
American volleyball player, four-time Olympian, and a gold medalist
